The spokesperson stated that Microsoft will focus on high-performing talent, and when employees perform poorly, the company will take appropriate actions. When employees leave due to performance issues, Microsoft typically refills those vacancies, so the total number of employees may not change significantly.

As of the end of June last year, Microsoft had approximately 0.228 million full-time employees.
