As of December 31, 2024, the group has accumulated a total signed sales amount of 98.255 billion yuan (including, if any, the transaction sales amounts of the Changsha Meixi Lake International New City Project, Nanjing Qinglongshan International Ecological New City Project, Ningbo Life Science City Project, Jiaxing Shanghai Window Smart Science City Project, Zhengzhou Erqi District Mazhai New City Project, Wenzhou Aojiang International New City Project, Jinhua CHINA JINMAO Future Science City Project, Huzhou CHINA JINMAO South Taihu Future Window Project and Shanghai Hengqiao Urban Operation Project), as well as an accumulated signed sales building area of approximately 5.8184 million square meters.

In addition, as of December 31, 2024, the group has obtained a subscribed (not signed) property sales amount totaling 1.7 billion yuan.
