China Overseas Grand Oceans (00081.HK) announced that in December last year, the Grand Ocean series companies achieved a contract sales amount of 4.584 billion yuan and a contract sales area of 0.3856 million square meters, representing year-on-year increases of 82.6% and 91.5%.

The total contract sales amount for the whole of last year was 40.11 billion yuan and the total contract sales area was 3.4835 million square meters, representing year-on-year declines of 6.3% and 1.4%. As of the end of December last year, the cumulative subscribed but unsigned amount was 0.386 billion yuan and the area was 0.0342 million square meters.

In December last year, the group added 5 new projects in Yinchuan City of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Lanzhou City of Gansu Province, and Xuzhou City of Jiangsu Province, with a total floor area of approximately 0.4865 million square meters and a total land price of approximately 1.686 billion yuan. The total newly added floor area for the year was approximately 1.1892 million square meters, with a total land price of 5.229 billion yuan.
