(abbreviated as "Henan Tianxuan"), signed a "Global Strategy Cooperation Agreement" with Shenzhen Huixin Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Huixin Communication") on January 6, 2025, in Shenzhen. The purpose is to complement each other's strengths in related professional fields and work together to promote technological advancements and industry development in future communication and ultra-wideband semiconductor industries, thereby ensuring mutual compliance and achieving win-win results. This agreement is valid for 5 years.

It is reported that both parties will jointly establish a "CVD diamond joint laboratory for the application of high-frequency semiconductor devices in future communications," fully leveraging their advantages in resources, technology, and talent to provide technical support for the large-scale commercial application of CVD Diamond materials in the future communication field, enhancing the independent innovation capability and technical level of Diamond materials in high-frequency communication devices. At the same time, both parties will research and promote the establishment of industry standards for the application of Diamond in devices to facilitate the wide application and standardized development of this technology.

The two parties will actively cooperate around the application of CVD Diamond in high-frequency communication devices, focusing on various aspects such as standard formulation, core technology research and development, transformation of scientific research achievements, intellectual property management, professional talent cultivation, project promotion and landing, and Industry Chain enhancement.

Henan Tianxuan is an important platform for the strategic implementation of the company's functional Diamond business, continuously focusing on the production of ultra-pure large-sized functional Diamond using self-developed MPCVD equipment and CVD Diamond synthesis technology. The signing and implementation of this agreement will help accelerate Henan Tianxuan's research and industrialization in functional CVD Diamond.
