FRONTAGE (01521.HK) announced that Abdul Mutlib has decided to step down as the company's Chief Executive Officer effective January 6, 2025, to facilitate the company's leadership succession plan. On the same day, Wentao Zhang, the Chief Strategy Officer of the wholly-owned subsidiary Frontage Labs, and Zhongping Lin, the President, will be promoted to Co-Chief Executive Officers of the company, and will respectively no longer hold their current positions of Chief Strategy Officer and President.

To ensure an effective transition and business continuity, and to provide advice and support to the two Co-Chief Executive Officers, Abdul Mutlib will serve in an advisory role as Chief Scientific and Strategy Officer of Frontage Labs, participating in the company's growth plans and business development.
