The Henan Provincial Department of Commerce will focus on effectively boosting consumption, with three key initiatives in the first quarter: replacing old consumer goods with new ones, issuing new Spring consumption vouchers, and creating consumption scenarios. In key areas such as retail, Dining, cultural tourism, and Lodging, the provincial finance will issue 0.2 billion yuan of consumption vouchers, while also encouraging localities to follow suit in issuing consumption vouchers.
