In order to promote the integration of micro-dramas with thousands of industries, to stimulate the social and deep participation of the whole society in the creation of cyber arts innovation, and to support economic and social development, the State Administration of Broadcasting issued the “Notice on the Implementation of the Action Plan “Micro Drama+”, which will be implemented this year by the Deep Organization “Follow Micro Short Drama to Travel Creative Program. Continued the creation of “Learning to Learn with Small Short Drama” and “Look at Brand in Mini Drama”. Initiated the creative programs “Follow the Classic of Microdrama”, “Follow the Science of Microdrama” and “Watch the Brand in Microshort Drama”. It was implemented in subsectors, launching a total of 300 pieces. Focused short dramas with leading and innovative value from left to right, create a series of thought-provoking, artistic and well-produced quality micro-dramas.

The announcement states that “micro-series+” refers to combining micro-dramas with other fields or industries to form new application scenarios, business models and economies, driving the promotion of micro-drama content and empowering hundreds of industries. The General Administration encourages the combination of practical, focused areas, bold practices, increased organization, guidance and investment to achieve breakthroughs in the genre of micro-short dramas, while creating new points of economic growth. Support conditional regional pilot demonstrations of the “micro-drama +” action plan to discover and launch “micro-drama +” creative projects with local characteristics outside of the creative plan.
