U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining over 100 points on Friday.
Shares of Rivian Automotive, Inc. (NASDAQ:RIVN) rose sharply during Friday's session. The company disclosed its production and delivery figures for the fourth quarter and full-year 2024.
The company reported a 1.5% year-on-year rise in its fourth-quarter deliveries to 14,183 vehicles. The company produced 12,727 vehicles at its Normal, Illinois facility. The delivery numbers are in contrast to 10,018 electric vehicles in the third quarter, which was the lowest number of quarterly deliveries since the first quarter of 2023.
Rivian Automotive shares jumped 17.9% to $15.63 on Friday.

- Neumora Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:NMRA) shares surged 21.1% to $2.3850. HC Wainwright & Co. analyst Douglas Tsao reiterated Neumora Therapeutics with a Buy and maintained a $30 price target.
- Acelyrin, Inc. (NASDAQ:SLRN) gained 18.8% to $3.92 after the company announced it will reveal new Phase 2 results and Phase 3 plans for Subcutaneous Lonigutamab during a hosted virtual investor event.
- Serve Robotics Inc. (NASDAQ:SERV) jumped 18.1% to $17.44.
- Amprius Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMPX) gained 17.8% to $3.3688.
- KULR Technology Group, Inc. (NYSE:KULR) rose 16.4% to $3.5150.
- Joby Aviation, Inc. (NYSE:JOBY) surged 15.3% to $9.33.
- Archer Aviation Inc. (NYSE:ACHR) gained 14.2% to $10.94.
- Oklo Inc. (NYSE:OKLO) gained 11.8% to $24.43.
- Rocket Lab USA, Inc. (NASDAQ:RKLB) rose 8.4% to $27.06.
- NuScale Power Corporation (NYSE:SMR) surged 8.1% to $19.14.
- Riot Platforms, Inc. (NASDAQ:RIOT) gained 8.1% to $11.31.
- Lucid Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:LCID) rose 5.7% to $3.2050.
- Vistra Corp. (NASDAQ:VST) gained 5% to $156.96 after UBS raised its price target on the stock from $161 to $174.
- Block, Inc. (NYSE:SQ) rose 4.6% to $90.76 after Raymond James upgraded the stock from Market Perform to Outperform and announced a price target of $115.
