On January 3, Glory Exchange reported that JINHAI MED TECH (02225.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai JINHAI Xiehuan Medical Technology Co., Ltd. ("JINHAI Xiehuan") has recently signed a master sales agreement with SINOPHARM Lingshang Hospital Management Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("SINOPHARM Lingshang"), whereby JINHAI Xiehuan authorizes SINOPHARM Lingshang as the exclusive distributor for several high-end medical instruments of the group in China, valid until October 2025.
SINOPHARM Lingshang is a joint venture established by SINOPHARM Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan. As a provider of comprehensive operation services for medical consumables, SINOPHARM Lingshang is dedicated to creating a digital supply chain service platform based on Big Data, with interconnected information systems, providing customers with comprehensive supply chain solutions. With SINOPHARM Lingshang's extensive distribution network and strong market influence, the group's main products are expected to debut in a broader market and achieve rapid growth. In particular, the group's 4K3D fluorescent endoscope, intervertebral endoscope, and supporting instrument packages have shown strong market competitiveness and growth potential.
