On January 2, Haitong International (02453.HK) announced that it has recently entered into a cooperation agreement with the Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research, under which Mayo Clinic International agrees to provide the Group with consulting services regarding organizational goals and clinical practices. The agreement is for a period of three (3) years.

The Board of Directors hereby emphasizes that the implementation of the cooperation forms the basis for long-term collaboration between both parties, and this cooperation shall become effective only after a clear statement of work is signed. According to the statement of work for the first year starting from the signing date, the cooperation will focus on improving the planning and clinical service capacity of the Group's Hospital project in specialized clinical areas.

The Group intends to improve management efficiency and effectiveness by implementing Mayo Clinic International's recommendations to enhance medical practice and patient care. At the same time, the company will collaborate with Mayo Clinic International to leverage its global expertise in the medical field and its practices in the China market. Additionally, the cooperation provides opportunities for local and international medical experts to strengthen communication.
