On January 2, Gelonghui reported that Hexin Instruments (688622.SH) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controllers, Mr. Zhou Zhen and Mr. Fu Zhong, issued a "Notice and Commitment Letter on the Expiration of the Consistent Action Agreement and Non-Renewal" to the company on December 31, 2024. Both parties agreed and confirmed that the "Consistent Action Agreement" and the "Supplementary Agreement" would not be renewed upon expiration on December 31, 2024, and the consistent action relationship between the two parties would be terminated starting January 1, 2025. After the termination of the consistent action relationship, the shares held by both parties will no longer be aggregated, and each will act as a shareholder and/or Director of the company, exercising their rights as shareholders and/or Directors independently, according to their own wishes, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, normative documents, and the company's articles of association.
