Ecobuilt Holdings Berhad has failed to submit its Annual Report which includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors' and directors' reports in respect of the financial period ended 31 August 2024 to Bursa Malaysia Securities given this shares of the company will be suspended from trading on the Exchange effective 9 January from 9:00 am.

This is also in the event the company is unable to submit the outstanding AR 2024 on or before 8 January 2025, the trading of its securities will be suspended.

Under listed entities rules if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within 6 months from the expiry of the relevant timeframes, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, de-listing procedures as well.
