According to the Zhizhong Financial App, ASIA ALLIED INF (00711) announced that Yu Junle has resigned as the company's Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for personal reasons, effective December 31, 2024.
After resigning as the company's Executive Director, Mr. Yu will also no longer serve as (i) a member of the Executive Committee of the Board; and (ii) a member of the Management Committee of the Board.
Mr. Yu has also resigned as the company's Company Secretary. After resignation, Mr. Yu will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative as defined by Section 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, or as the authorized representative to receive legal process documents and notifications in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622).
Effective December 31, 2024, Huang Zhiyan has been appointed as the Company Secretary, authorized representative, and agent for legal process documents.
