According to the Zhizhong Finance APP, CENTRALWEALTHGP (00139) announced that on December 31, 2024, its wholly-owned subsidiary, CENTRALWEALTHGP Infrastructure Investment Ltd., intends to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of Chinese Asset Management Group Ltd. from Fang Wei Qun for a price of 60 million Hong Kong dollars.
