According to the Zhiyun Finance APP, CDB LEASING (01606) announced that the company received a notice from its Shareholder Tianjin Aviation Co., Ltd. Tianjin Aviation will transfer approximately 0.631 billion domestic shares (accounting for 4.99% of the company's total equity) it holds in the company to Hainan Airlines Holding (Hainan Airlines Holding) as a debt settlement, compensating for a debt of about 0.772 billion yuan. The Equity Transfer was completed on December 31, 2024.

Immediately following the completion of the Equity Transfer and as of the date of this announcement, Tianjin Aviation no longer holds any equity in the company; Hainan Airlines Holding holds approximately 0.631 billion domestic shares of the company, accounting for 4.99% of the company's total equity.
