According to an announcement from SANAI HEALTH GP (01889), Li Wanshan has resigned from (i) the position of company secretary; (ii) the authorized representative of the company as stated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) the position as the authorized representative of the company for receiving legal process documents or notices in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Hong Kong Law Chapter 622), effective from January 1, 2025.

Chen Wanfang has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from January 1, 2025.
