1. There are no objections to the company's participation in swap facilitation (SFISF). The company should reasonably determine the application amount based on the notice regarding the work related to swap facilitation for securities, Funds, and Insurance companies, in conjunction with its own development Global Strategy and risk tolerance, and implement it after obtaining approval from the People's Bank of China. 2. The company’s participation in swap facilitation must strictly comply with the relevant regulations and requirements of the People's Bank of China and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, carrying out swap facilitation-related transactions in the designated trading venues within the approved limit, and shall not use swap facilitation tools to engage in illegal activities. 3. The company should report the use of swap facilitation funds to the Securities and Funds Institutions Supervision Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau on a monthly basis. In the event of significant situations and issues during the swap facilitation process, reports should be made promptly to the People's Bank of China and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
