According to an announcement from ZO FUTURE GROUP (02309), Mr. Su Jiale has resigned as a non-executive Director of the company, as he needs more time to handle his Other matters, and will no longer serve as the authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices under the company regulations, effective from December 31, 2024.
On the same day, Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Zhao Wenqing, was appointed as the authorized representative under the company regulations.
