Swire Properties (00019.HK) announced that it has completed the acquisition of Coca-Cola Consolidated's bottling business in Thailand and Laos as well as the sale of minority interests in Coca-Cola Consolidated's bottling business in Cambodia and Vietnam. The acquisition agreement for the Cambodia shares was completed today (31st), while the closing of the equity transfer agreement in Vietnam is still subject to certain conditions, including obtaining the applicable regulatory approvals.

After the completion of the transaction in Cambodia, the Cambodian subsidiary has become a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of Swire.
