China CSSC Environmental Protection Equipment and System Provider Huijie Eco-friendly Concept (02613.HK) announced its IPO details, planning to globally issue 10 million shares, with 10% for public offering in Hong Kong and 90% for international offering. The offering price ranges from 31.8 to 39.8 yuan per share. The entry cost for each lot of 100 shares is 4,020.14 yuan. The offering starts today (December 31 this year) and will close next Monday (January 6 next year) at noon, with listing expected next Thursday (January 9 next year). The joint sponsors are CITIC SEC and China Galaxy International.

The company has introduced Harvest as a cornerstone investor, subscribing to 10 million USD worth of the company's shares.

If using the median IPO price of 35.8 yuan, the company plans to net approximately 0.312 billion yuan from the listing, of which about 50% will be used for research and development; about 15% for potential acquisitions; about 15% for leasing production facilities in mainland China or Southeast Asia; about 10% for establishing new service centers and upgrading existing ones; and about 10% for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
