According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HATCHER GROUP (08365) released its annual results for the year ending September 30, 2024, reporting an income of 85.493 million Hong Kong dollars, an increase of 9.77% year-on-year; the loss attributable to the owners of the company was 77.085 million Hong Kong dollars, an increase of 457.42% year-on-year; and the loss per share from continuing operations was 186.86 Hong Kong cents.

The announcement stated that the increase in revenue was mainly due to the increase in income generated from placement and underwriting services under the licensed business, as well as the decrease in income generated from business Consulting Services under the non-licensed business.
