According to a notice from ZALL SMARTCOM (02098), Seller D signed an agreement with an independent third-party buyer on December 20, 2024, after considering the ongoing market conditions (including the market price and Volume of the company's shares). Seller D sold a total of 66.6776 million unencumbered consideration shares at HK$0.25 per share to the aforementioned independent third-party buyer. The Trade was completed on December 30, 2024. The proceeds from the sale have been returned to the buyer as compensation for the losses incurred by the buyer.
