Pentamaster Corporation Berhad announce that it is being sued by UK based Ocado Innovation a wholly owned subsidiary of Ocado Group Plc which owns Marks & Spenser retail stores, for an undisclosed amount.

The group received the writ of summon and statement of claims from Ocado's lawyers. However, Pentamster said it is being sued on allegations with which it said it is neither involved nor associated. The group aims to take appropriate action to strike out the claim against Ocado Innovation Limited.

Save for the legal fees to be incurred to defend or to strike out the Writ and Statement of Claim, the litigation is not expected to have any material impact on the financial position or operations of the Group.
