According to the announcement from TIAN LUN GAS (01600), Ou Yaqun has resigned as an independent non-executive Director due to the desire to spend more time on personal matters and Other Business, and will no longer serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee, effective December 30, 2024.

Following Ou Yaqun's resignation, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Li Liquing has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee, and Xiao Hui has been appointed as a member of the ESG Committee, both effective December 30, 2024.
