Due to the renovation of the Yichuang Park exhibition hall and in accordance with the development zone's requirements for vacating the premises, the house rental contract and Property Service management agreement signed with the company will be terminated early on December 31, 2024. Based on the actual situation, the company reached an agreement with Beiren Equipment after prudent negotiation, and held the tenth extraordinary meeting of the eleventh Board of Directors and the fifteenth meeting of the eleventh Supervisory Board on December 30, 2024, to review and approve the proposal on the early termination of the related transaction agreement for the house rental and Property Service at Yichuang Park. It was agreed to terminate the related transaction agreement early on December 31, 2024. The company and Beiren Equipment signed the House Rental Contract Termination Agreement on December 30, 2024, under which both parties will terminate the house rental contract and settle any unpaid rent and Property Service deposit.
