On December 30, Gelonghui reported that Lisheng Sports(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd (002858.SZ) announced that it recently signed a "Capital Increase Agreement" with Hainan Wisdom New Energy, Haikou Hailv Defang Investment Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haikou Hailv Investment"), and Hainan Development Holdings Nanhai to further introduce Haikou Hailv Investment as a new investor. Haikou Hailv Investment intends to increase its capital in Hainan Development Holdings Nanhai by 30 million yuan in cash. All existing shareholders of Hainan Development Holdings Nanhai waive their preemptive rights to the aforementioned capital increase. After this capital increase is completed, the registered capital of Hainan Development Holdings Nanhai will increase from 145 million yuan to 175 million yuan, with the company holding 60% of Hainan Development Holdings Nanhai, Hainan Wisdom New Energy holding 22.86%, and Haikou Hailv Investment holding 17.14%. After the completion of this capital increase, Hainan Development Holdings Nanhai will still be a controlled subsidiary of the company, and the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements will not change.
