Due to job adjustments, Mr. Wang Kun applied to resign from his position as General Manager, and the resignation report takes effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. After resigning as General Manager, Mr. Wang Kun will still serve as Chairman of the company, a member (convener) of the Board of Directors' Global Strategy Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors' Compensation and Evaluation Committee.

On December 30, 2024, the company held the thirty-first meeting of the fourth Board of Directors, where it reviewed and approved the proposal regarding the adjustment of the General Manager's work and the appointment of a new General Manager and the proposal about the appointment of a Vice General Manager.
