On December 30, Gelonghui announced that the Bank Of Nanjing (601009.SH) issued 5 billion yuan of 10-year subordinate capital Bonds in December 2019 (Bond abbreviation: 19 Bank Of Nanjing Subordinate; Bond code: 1920091; hereinafter referred to as "the current Bonds"), and published the Announcement on the Completion of the Issuance of Subordinate Capital Bonds of Bank Of Nanjing Co., Ltd. on December 31, 2019. According to the provisions of the related clauses in the current bonds' prospectus, the current bonds have a redemption right for the issuer, which allows the issuer to redeem part or all of the current bonds at par value on the last day of the fifth interest payment year of the current bonds. As of the date of this announcement, the company has exercised the redemption right and fully redeemed the current bonds.
