On December 30, Gelonghui reported that Bestway Marine & Energy Technology (300008.SZ) announced that, in accordance with the company's strategic development plan and business development needs, to implement the Marine Power Country and Guangdong Province's "Marine Strong Province" strategy, Guangdong Nanyou Holding Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Nanyou Group") plans to jointly initiate the establishment of a comprehensive service company for offshore wind power with Bestway Marine & Energy Technology Co., Ltd., leveraging each party's industrial foundation and advantages in the Marine Economy sector, cultivating the development of strategic emerging industries in the marine sector, and exploring comprehensive service business throughout the entire lifecycle of offshore wind power.

The two parties plan to jointly establish Guangdong Nanyou Marine Integration New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name), with a registered capital of 115 million yuan, of which the company's contribution is 15 million yuan, accounting for 13.04% of the total share capital; Nanyou Group contributes 100 million yuan, accounting for 86.96% of the total share capital, and intends to sign a "cooperation operation agreement" with Nanyou Group.
