On December 30, Gelonghui reported that BGRIMM Technology (600980.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary BGRIMM Electric Machinery (Cangzhou) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Cangzhou Company") signed an EPC general contracting agreement for the "Asia Vets Mining Equipment Industrial Base and R&D Center Construction Project" with its controlling shareholder Mining Metallurgy Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Mining Metallurgy Group") through public bidding. Due to the large volume of the project, additional items emerged during the construction process. After negotiation between both parties, a supplemental agreement for the "Asia Vets Mining Equipment Industrial Base and R&D Center Construction Project EPC General Contracting Agreement" was signed, with a supplementary agreement amount of 7,353,746.44 yuan (tax included).
