According to a report from Zhitong Finance APP, JUSTIN ALLEN H (01425) announced that Su Limu has resigned as the company's Executive Director; Lv Haoming has been transferred from Independent Non-Executive Director to Executive Director of the company, and has ceased to be the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee; and Liu Zhenni has been appointed as the company's Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee, effective from January 1, 2025.
