RENRUI HR Technology (06919.HK) announced that it has successfully introduced Beyondsoft Corporation (002649.SZ), a global leading provider of consulting, industry solutions, and digital intelligence technology services, as its strategic shareholder through the sale of old shares. This transaction accounts for a total of 10% of the group's issued shares.

After the trade is completed, both parties will leverage their respective advantages to jointly explore the business opportunities brought by the digital transformation and upgrading of domestic and foreign enterprises, as well as the globalization of Chinese enterprises.
