On December 30, it was reported that according to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure on December 29, New Giao RV Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: New Giao RV) has successfully passed the hearing by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Huatai International as its exclusive sponsor.
According to the prospectus, New Giao RV is a company that operates a broad Business network in Australia and New Zealand, designing, developing, manufacturing, and selling custom towable RVs. According to Frost & Sullivan, based on revenue and sales in 2023, New Giao ranks second in the market share within the RV Industry in both Australia and New Zealand.
Since acquiring the renowned Australian RV brand Regent, which has a history of over 30 years, in 2014, New Giao RV has become a well-known company in the RV Industry in Australia and New Zealand, operating three unique brands: the best-selling mid-range brand Snowy River, the luxury brand Regent, and the semi-off-road brand NEWGEN.
New Giao regularly launches new models and continuously upgrades the existing RV series. During the historical record period, New Giao developed and launched nine new models under the Regent brand, six new models under the Snowy River brand, upgraded 21 models under the Snowy River brand, and developed and launched five new models under the NEWGEN brand. In addition, New Giao is currently developing a groundbreaking model for towable electric RVs. Based on 2023 sales data, the top five participants in the RV market in Australia and New Zealand account for approximately 55.4% of the market share, with New Giao RV holding around 6.8% of the market share. Furthermore, based on 2023 income figures, the top five participants in the RV market account for about 52.0% of the market share, with New Giao RV capturing approximately 7.8% of the market share.
Leveraging the expertise demonstrated by New Giao RV in the RV Industry value chain, along with a solid and growing customer base in Australia and New Zealand, the company achieved strong sales growth during the track record period. In 2021, 2022, and 2023, and for the six months ending June 30, 2024, New Giao RV delivered a total of 1,330, 2,127, 2,694, and 1,427 RVs to customers, representing growths of 59.9% from 2021 to 2022 and 26.7% from 2022 to 2023.
