Crescendo Corporation Berhad saw its third-quarter revenue soar more than 2 fold to RM231 million while profit after tax jumped 600 percent to RM103 million.

As for the 9-month cumulative, the group hit a record-high revenue of RM1 billion and RM707.21 million in profits which it said was mainly contributed by the data center land sales in Nusa Cemerlang Industrial Park ("NCIP").

The land development and construction operation recorded an operating profit of RM202.72 million and RM131.99 million respectively for the current quarter ended 31 October 2024. While a record-high of RM1 billion and RM697.47 million respectively for the nine months ended 31 October 2024 mainly due to the revenue and profit from data center land sales in NCIP.
The group said the fluctuations of revenue for the current quarter and financial year to date arose mainly from the trading operation which is highly dependent on demand for building materials from the surrounding construction projects.

No dividend was declared or proposed for the current financial quarter ended 31 October 2024.
