(301108.SZ) announced that based on the current international trade situation, Global supply chain changes, and future Business development plans, it intends to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary Joyalways Corporation (provisionally named "USA subsidiary", subject to local approval for registration) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Joyalways Investment Corporation in the USA, and invest in the construction of a wet wipe production base. The project's estimated total investment is approximately 0.616 billion RMB (equivalent to about 85 million USD, final amount based on actual project investment). The main business of the USA subsidiary will be the manufacturing and sales of wet wipe products.
