Glory Holdings reported on December 27 that Yahu Medical (688176.SH) announced it recently received a "Commitment Letter for Voluntarily Extending the Lock-up Period of Restricted Shares" from its Shareholders. Based on confidence in the company's future development prospects and recognition of its investment value, the company's controlling Shareholder and actual controller Mr. PANKE's concerted action party Pan-Scientific Holdings Co., Ltd., Taizhou Donghong Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership), and Taizhou Yahu Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership), a total of three Shareholders, committed to voluntarily extend the lock-up period of all their shares prior to the company's initial public offering for an additional six months until July 6, 2025, starting from the expiration of the lock-up period on January 7, 2025. During the commitment lock-up period, they will not transfer, reduce their Shareholding, or entrust others to manage their shares held before the company's listing in any way, nor will they request the company to repurchase the shares they hold. Shares increased due to reasons such as stock dividends, capital increases, and placement during the above commitment lock-up period will also adhere to the extended lock-up commitment. After the shares held by the above three Shareholders are listed and circulated on July 7, 2025, they will still strictly comply with the "Interim Measures for the Management of Shareholders' Shareholding Reduction of Listed Companies" or applicable laws, regulations, and normative documents at that time as well as relevant provisions regarding share reduction from regulators, and the Securities Exchange.
