After the completion of this capital increase, Wuxi Xianyan's registered capital will increase from 60 million yuan to 110 million yuan, and the company's ownership ratio in Wuxi Xianyan will remain at 100%. At the same time, the company plans to provide Wuxi Xianyan with a loan of 236,461,332.89 yuan from the raised funds, which will be interest-free, with a loan term of 12 months from the actual loan disbursement date. The loan funds can be utilized on a rolling basis and can also be repaid early; upon maturity, if both parties have no objections, the loan can be automatically renewed. The company authorizes the management to handle specific loan matters, including but not limited to signing relevant agreements.
