ETF Market Review | The agricultural Sector rallied in the afternoon, with the grain ETF and livestock ETF rising over 2%.

On December 27, according to Gelonghui, the three major indices of A-shares showed mixed results today. At the close, the Shanghai Composite Index rose by 0.06%, the Shenzhen Component Index fell by 0.13%, the Chinext Price Index declined by 0.22%, and the North China 50 Index dropped by 1.22%. The total market trading volume was 1,447.5 billion yuan, an increase of 161.1 billion yuan compared to the previous day. Over 3,500 individual stocks in the entire market saw gains. In terms of sectors, Agriculture, Military, Retail, and Internet Finance sectors led in gains; Copper and Internet E-commerce sectors saw the largest declines. In terms of ETFs, the seed industry sector rallied in the afternoon, with Penghua Fund's Grain ETF, Jianxin Fund's Agriculture and Animal Husbandry ETF, and Yinhua Fund's Agriculture 50 ETF rising by 2.59%, 2.42%, and 2.25%, respectively. The Nikkei 225 Index closed up 1.8%, with Huaxia Fund's Nikkei ETF and Huaan Fund's Nikkei 225 ETF rising by 2% and 1.88%, respectively. The military sector performed strongly throughout the day, with Fullgoal Fund's Military Top ETF and Penghua Fund's Defense ETF rising by 1.77% and 1.68%, respectively. The dividend strategy ETFs of Hong Kong stocks adjusted, with the Dividend Hong Kong Stock ETF, Stated-Owned Enterprises Listed on HKEx Dividend ETF, and Hong Kong Stock Connect Dividend Low Volatility ETF hitting their lower limits, with the latest premium discount rates being 3.89%, 3.89%, and 2.1%, respectively. The Semiconductors sector retreated in the afternoon, with the Sci-Tech Chip Design ETF falling by 2.9%.
