CMOC Group Limited (03993.HK) announced that this Wednesday (25th), a new cooperation agreement was signed with Yutong Group's Yutong Mining Truck on comprehensive cooperation consensus in green mining construction, New energy Fund mining truck cooperative operation, energy conservation and emission reduction, and intelligent technology.

Both parties will also launch comprehensive cooperation in the unmanned, intelligent, and digital aspects of mining equipment represented by New energy Fund mining trucks, including the introduction of Yutong's new energy electric wide-body mining trucks. Wang Zhengyan, general manager of CMOC China, stated that this cooperation will promote the company's transition towards green intelligence.
