Upon completion, the total floor area of the group in the Tianjie B2 plot includes 130,000 square meters for residential use and 4,000 square meters for commercial use, as well as 43,000 square meters for residential use and 113,000 square meters for office, commercial, and Other integrated uses in the Hepingli A plot.
