On December 26, Gelonghui reported that PHARMARON (300759.SZ) announced that it recently received a "Shareholding Reduction Plan Notice" from Shenzhen Xinzhongkangcheng Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Xinzhongkangcheng") and its concerted action party Shenzhen Xinzhonglongcheng Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Xinzhonglongcheng"), both of which hold more than 5% of the company's shares. Xinzhongkangcheng holds 260,827,958 shares in the company, accounting for 14.67% of the total share capital of the company (1,777,786,009 shares). Xinzhongkangcheng plans to reduce its shareholding in the company by no more than 10,666,716 shares (0.60% of the total share capital of the company) through legal methods recognized by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, such as centralized bidding or block trading, within two months after the announcement date (from January 20, 2025, 15 trading days after the disclosure of this announcement).
