According to the announcement from HAITONG SEC (06837), the company signed a "Guarantee Agreement" with Bank Of Communications Singapore Branch on December 25, 2024, providing joint liability guarantee for an equivalent of 0.4 billion USD bank loan for its wholly-owned subsidiary, HAITONG INT'L Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as the guaranteed party). The loan term shall not exceed 3 years from the date of withdrawal. This loan will be used to replace the 0.67 billion USD Bonds that the company guaranteed, resulting in a reduction of 0.27 billion USD in the guarantee balance of the company for the guaranteed party and its subsidiaries.
