Bridgestone Corporation Unsponsored ADR will supply the "ALENZA 001" (Alenza Zero Zero One) as the new car tire for Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Mitsubishi Motors) new crossover SUV model "Outlander" plug-in hybrid EV model (hereinafter referred to as "Outlander PHEV").

The Outlander PHEV is Mitsubishi Motors' flagship model that combines cutting-edge electrification technology and four-wheel control technology, with the concept of "majestic presence." This significant improvement enhances the EV range, power performance, and comfort while improving the quality of both the interior and exterior, as well as enriching the features and equipment.

For many years, Bridgestone has contributed to realizing the value provided by Mitsubishi Motors through various vehicles in co-creation. The "ALENZA 001" to be mounted on the Outlander PHEV is one of our "absolute commodities" that incorporates our product design foundation technology "ENLITEN," which customizes the diverse performance required for customers and each mobility while improving conventional tire performance. By utilizing the unique molecular structure control technology "NanoPro-Tech," silica is compounded in the tread Rubbers, and by adopting structural components that reduce rolling resistance, we ensure wear resistance while improving fuel efficiency. Additionally, by applying a 3D M-shaped siping pattern, both dry and wet performance are achieved at a high level. This contributes to extending the range of the "Outlander PHEV" and providing an environmentally friendly and pleasant driving experience.
