Toyota Motors recorded a steady sale of vehicles across all its models totaling 984,348 units worldwide which was down slightly by 0.2%, while the cumulative sales for the year stood at 9,857,938 down 3.6% compared to the previous year.

Sales inside Japan declined 11.6% in November and down 20% for the year with all models seeing slower sales except for Hino. The biggest decline comes from Daihatsu which continues to face negative PR after its safety certification case earlier this year.
