For this Trade, Xiamen Silver Xings Assets Evaluation and Land Real Estate Assessment Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as 'Silver Xings Evaluation') was hired to conduct an asset evaluation of Guojin Company. Based on the asset evaluation report titled 'Asset Valuation Report of Xiamen ITG Holding Group Co., Ltd. for the Proposed Equity Transfer of 81% in Xiamen ITG Financial Center Development Co., Ltd.' (abbreviated as 'Evaluation Report') provided by Silver Xings Evaluation, the assessed value of the 81% equity in Guojin Company is 1.44 billion yuan. The aforementioned evaluation report and evaluation results have been approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xiamen Municipal People's Government (abbreviated as 'Xiamen SASAC').
