【财华社讯】亿达中国(03639.HK)公布，罗申美会计师事务所(“罗申美”) 已辞任公司核数师，自2024年12月24日起生效。经考虑审核委员会的推荐建议下，董事会已议决委任栢淳会计师事务所有限公司(“栢淳”)为公司新任核数师，自2024年12月24日起，以填补罗申美辞任后临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
