Gelonghui, December 24, Raffles Infrastructure^ (01376.HK) announced that Zhu Peiqi has resigned from the positions of company secretary ("Company Secretary") as stipulated in Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange, authorized representative ("Authorized Representative") as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) in Hong Kong ("Legal Process Document Agent"), effective December 24, 2024.

On the same day, it was announced that Yu Zhili has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process document agent, effective December 24, 2024.
