According to the "Restructuring Investment Agreement" signed by the company and the restructuring financial investors, 13 financial investors including Guangzhou Asset Management Co., Ltd. are required to pay a total reorganization investment amount of 1,012,700,000 yuan. The total reorganization investment amount that all restructuring investors should pay is 1,914,800,000 yuan.

As of now, all reorganization investment funds that all restructuring investors are required to pay have been fully received. Subsequently, under the supervision of the court and the administrator, the company will continue to accelerate the execution phase of the restructuring plan.
