In order to meet the future development needs of the company and steadily enhance the core competitiveness of the company's products, the company intends to sign "Framework Agreements" with Peking Huatai and Yantai Transformer respectively. The framework agreements stipulate that the company and its subsidiaries will purchase transformers and other products from Peking Huatai and Yantai Transformer, including but not limited to various transformer equipment and system solutions.
