Market research Institution Canalys has released a report indicating that in the third quarter, China's spending on Cloud Computing Service infrastructure reached 10.2 billion USD, with a year-on-year growth of 11%, returning to double-digit growth.
During the quarter, the positions of the top three cloud service providers remained unchanged, with Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, and Tencent Cloud continuing to lead, holding market shares of 36%, 19%, and 15% respectively, thus collectively accounting for 70% of the market share.
At the same time, operators led by CHINA TELECOM (00728.HK) are also seeking differentiated points of entry to expand their market share in Cloud Computing Service, especially in industry-specific solutions and localized services. Partner-driven cloud revenue remains stable, accounting for 26% of the total market revenue. As the AI ecosystem continues to expand, this proportion is expected to grow to meet the increasing demand for integrated solutions and collaborations across various Industries.
